I couldn't be happier with Alex and Trips Exterminating. He didn't just exterminate the termites, he actually repaired the entire doorway and paneling trim that had been damaged. Also, he was super communicative, got the job done quickly, and all at a great price.

Had a mouse/rat issue in my garage and attic. Reached out to Trips over Yelp and Alex was at my door same day. Had a few quotes from other companies but they couldn't beat the service and warranty Alex was offering. I figured, I would need to wait a few days for him to come back out to get the work done. Nope! He came out on a Sunday, showed up on time and walked me through everything he took care of. 5 star service!

Trips exterminator came out on time after a few other contractors failed to stop by. I had a termite problem which I wanted taken care of as soon as possible. Trips exterminator offered to complete the job on a holiday. They also gave me a reasonable quote much less than terminix. Very happy with service.

Alex is a lifesaver! I'd been finding huge spiders in my home for a week. I couldn't take it anymore, when I saw one inches from my feet. I called other companies and one quoted me a date of Oct and another said 4 days from now. I really am thankful that the friendly voice that answered my call, said there would be a technician coming out today. Within the hour, Alex showed up. He was professional, friendly and followed Covid guidelines. He also took care of a suspected gopher problem. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends.
